The wafer butterfly valve uses stud bolts to connect the gate valve between the two pipe flanges. The flanged butterfly valve includes a flange on the gate valve. Use anchor bolts to connect the two side ring flanges of the gate valve to the pipe flange.

However, you need to prepare the following points before installing the electric butterfly valve: 

1. After opening, the valve must be installed on time. Do not loosen the valve fixing screws or nuts. 

2. You can install electric butterfly valves. Connect it to the pipe at any angle. We recommend that you do not install it upside down for easy maintenance.

3. When installing the butterfly valve flange, it is necessary to ensure that the flange surface is aligned with the sealing rubber, and the screws are evenly tightened, and the sealing surface is a good fit. If the tightening force of the screws is uneven, the rubber will hit. Block the butterfly plate or make the valve stem leak to the butterfly plate.
